Easy Zucchini Bread with Chocolate Cake Mix
It’s no secret that I like to take shortcuts! One of my favorite shortcuts is to use a cake mix. Why work harder when you can work smarter?!
This Chocolate Cake Mix Zucchini Bread is perfect for those who have a bazillion zucchini they don’t know what to do with. This recipe makes 2 loaves and it’s so moist and chocolatey! It’s absolutely delicious! The best part is this bread is super easy to make!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
- 1/4 cup Milk (Or Water)
- 2 cups Zucchini, Shredded
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips

How to Make Chocolate Cake Mix Zucchini Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 bread pans with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 box chocolate cake mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1/4 cup milk until well combined.
- Fold in 2 cups shredded zucchini.
- Then fold in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly between the pans and sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top of each loaf before baking.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Moist crumbs are okay, you don’t want to over bake the bread.

Chocolate Cake Mix Zucchini Bread, moist zucchini bread made with cake mix and loaded with bursts of chocolatey goodness in every bite!
Ingredients
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
- 1/4 cup Milk (Or Water)
- 2 cups Zucchini, Shredded
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 bread pans with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and milk until well combined.
- Fold in shredded zucchini.
- Then fold in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly between the pans and sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top of each loaf before baking.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Moist crumbs are okay, you don't want to over bake the bread.
