An all-time Christmas favorite dressed in red and green to bring sparkle to your Christmas festivities!
Hersey Peanut Butter Blossoms
A few years ago people everywhere were upset that the tips of Hersey Kisses were missing. Really, it’s true! Google it, you will find all sorts of articles about the madness this caused. You will find, “The broken tips were the cause of a bizarre scandal during the holiday season, as bakers complained the imperfection harmed the presentation of cookies.”
This was a big deal… it upset bakers, hurt sales, and really gave people something to complain about. It was a big news story. Fast forward to 2020, where people had their worlds turned upside down. Not a single person hasn’t been affected by the events of the pandemic in some way. I am reminded that when things are bad, they can always get worse. This really puts things into perspective! Maybe an imperfect looking cookie isn’t so bad after all…
I think most of us bake more during the holidays than any other time of the year. Sometimes I have the time to bake traditional cookies like these Christmas Peanut Butter Blossoms, and sometimes I don’t. When I don’t have the time, I like to keep it easy by making things like Melted Snowman Bark, Reindeer Graham Crackers, Rolo Pretzel Turtles, Candy Bar Pretzel Bites, 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Christmas Cookies, or Christmas Crack!

Recipe Notes:
- Kisses – Make sure the Hersey Kisses are completely cooled before eating or putting on a platter of cookies.
