Crispy Pan Fried Tofu
I really don’t like taking video and making reels. You wouldn’t believe how much thought and work goes into them. They aren’t mandatory as a food blogger, but it’s recommended. I’ve posted a video every now and then over time, but I’ve never been consistently committed to it.
Despite feeling insecure about it, I’ve set a goal for myself to push through the awkwardness of it all until I am more confident making and sharing videos. On the bright side, my son has been helping me so it’s been really fun spending time together getting creative!
Speaking of creativity, tofu takes on the taste of the food you serve it with! It’s also high in protein and low in calories so it’s perfect for those who are trying to lose weight. This Easy Crispy Tofu is by far my favorite recipe for crispy tofu! It’s packed with such great flavor and it’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

What You’ll Need:
- 2 (12 oz) Extra Firm Tofu, Cubed
- 4 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika, Heaped
- Bragg’s Amino Acids
- Oil for Frying
How to Make Easy Crispy Tofu
- In a medium bowl, combine 4 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 heaped tsp paprika, and Bragg’s Amino Acids until desired consistency is reached.
- Cube 2 (12 oz) blocks of extra firm tofu and toss in the bowl, coating them in the mixture well.
- Add oil in a frying pan over high heat, covering the bottom of the pan. Then reduce heat to medium for frying.
- Fry tofu in a single layer, cooking each side until desired crispiness is reached.

Easy Crispy Tofu

Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz) Extra Firm Tofu, Cubed
