Easy Peanut Butter Blossoms

There is absolutely no shame in making something semi-homemade. Life throws us curve balls all the time and sometimes we need shortcuts to get through our days! I love semi-homemade because it shows effort and saves time.

I am actually going to be working on a series with all of the shortcuts that save me time! Stay tuned. For now, every time I use Ready-to-Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Squares I’ve come up with a new way to use them, like these Pillsbury Peanut Butter Blossoms!

Some of my favorite cookie baking shortcuts use this dough, like Snicker Surprise Peanut Butter Cookies, Peanut Butter S’mores Cookie Cups, 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Cookies, Valentine Peanut Butter Blossoms, Valentine Peanut Butter Cookie Cups, and Gnome Cookie Cups!

What You’ll Need:

• 1 package (24 count) Ready-to-Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Squares
• 24 Hersey Kisses, Unwrapped
• Sugar

How to Make Pilllsbury Peanut Butter Blossoms

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Shape dough square into a ball, then roll into sugar. Place on the baking sheet. Repeat until baking sheet is full, leaving enough room between the cookies to spread.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes.
• In the meantime, unwrap 24 Hersey Kisses.
• Place an unwrapped Hersey Kiss in the center of the cookies immediately after removing from the oven. Let sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a cookie rack and let cool.
