Delicious layers of Oreo crust, cream cheese, and a whipped Shamrock Shake mixture & topped with crushed Oreo’s!

Shamrock Shake Dessert
We keep a running list of things we’d like to tackle on our Sunday’s. To keep from being overwhelmed, we just pick one thing. Today we picked my husband’s closet. He was hanging onto clothes from long ago! Even if he is able to fit back into them some day, we’d have to put him in the DeLorean from Back to the Future to try and find which century he belongs in! I enjoyed cleaning out his closet more than he did, ha!
We had such a wonderful day together as a family! We did some Spring cleaning, got lunch in our beautiful little down town, walked around, got a sweet treat at a new locally owned chocolate shop, and my husband finally caved and got a chair massage! He works a pretty labor intensive job and is always so sore. I’ve offered to schedule a massage for him so many times, but he just doesn’t have the time or energy for it. He finally agreed to it and is already looking forward to the next one!
Such a great day. I love days like this! My boys loved having a piece of this Shamrock Shake Lasagna this weekend, too. I’ve heard several times how much they loved it!
If you like the looks or taste of this, then be sure to make a batch of Mint Oreo Brownies, Grasshopper Mint Cookies, or Chocolate Mint Oreo Cookies, too!

Hi. You have mint extract listed in the ingredients but I don’t see that you used it in the instructions. Also wanting to confirm that 3 boxes of pudding mix is correct??
Thanks!
Oh my! Thank you sooooo much for catching the mint extract typo! I fixed it so the recipe is correct now. And yes, you will need 3 boxes of pudding mix. Thank you for checking! Let me know how it turns out!
