A soft and chewy thick cookie bar packed with chocolate chips and M&M’s for Valentine’s Day!
Valentine’s Day Cookie Bars
I am a sucker for romantic movies. My husband calls them ‘low budget and predictable,’ yet he’ll still suffer through them with me! He’s been known to try convincing me that we’ve already seen whatever movie we’re watching just to get out of watching it. His variety of attempts at getting out of watching what he considers to be a painful movie are hilarious!
There always comes the time in the movie where you know exactly what’s going to happen, at which point my husband reminds me again that my movies are always predictable! He’s right, they always have a happy ending. But I like happy endings!
If you want a happy ending, too, then be sure to sink your teeth into one of these Valentine M&M Cookie Bars! They are thick and chewy, we just love them! Making a batch of cookie bars is always an easy go to idea when you need something to serve a crowd. When you don’t have time, you can make Lazy Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars and when it’s Christmas you can make Santa’s Peanut Butter Cookie Bars or Christmas M&M Cookie Bars!
