Easy to make sweet and salty toffee using saltine crackers and topped with a thin layer of white chocolate!
White Chocolate Saltine Cracker Candy
My Christmas Crack is always popular around the holiday’s, but I think it should be enjoyed year round! So I’ve been dreaming up different variations of the much loved perfectly sweet and salty treat. I started with Butterfinger Saltine Toffee and now I’ve added this White Chocolate Saltine Toffee to the collection!

What You’ll Need:
- 40 Saltine Crackers
- 1 cup Salted Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
How to Make White Chocolate Saltine Toffee
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a 10 x 15 baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Place 40 crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Combine 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar in a saucepan, stirring frequently, and bring to a boil. Keep stirring continuously for 5 minutes after boil is reached.
- Pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let sit until the crackers settle, just a minute or two. Using a butter knife, push any crackers that are overlapping back into place. Then immediately sprinkle 2 cups white chocolate chips over the top.
- Let sit until you are able to spread the melted white chocolate chips over the saltines.
- Cut or break into pieces to serve.
